How it works
Your PMS keeps the booking.
Lobbiq runs everything after it.
One stay, from the enquiry to the returning guest — and at every step, what your team stops having to do.

Everything after the booking
Lobbiq
Your PMS owns one moment — the reservation. Everything on either side of it is what this page is about.
No migration. Nothing moves. Lobbiq sits on top of what you already run.
The enquiry at 23:40
No contact form waiting until tomorrow.
An AI concierge on your own website answers parking, dogs, whether the room sleeps three — from your own answers, the same ones that answer your WhatsApp guests. Anything it can’t handle lands in your inbox, not in a second tool somebody has to watch.
The welcome message
You stop wondering whether it arrived.
10:30 on arrival day: one message carrying the door code and app link. WhatsApp, then SMS, then email. Lobbiq checks at booking, at 10:30 and again at 14:30 that it actually landed.
The door
You stop planning your day around when they arrive.
The entrance opens the morning they arrive, early enough to drop bags and wait inside. The room, fifteen minutes before check-in. The room closes shortly after checkout; the entrance keeps working into the evening, so they can leave their bags and come back for them. Every one of those times is yours to set.
One inbox
Shift handover stops losing context, because there is no handover.
WhatsApp, SMS, email, voicemail, missed calls and OTA messages land in one thread per guest — with their room, their dates and where they are in the stay sitting beside it. Whoever is working sees it.
The call
You answer already knowing who it is.
The on-duty phone shows their name, their room and their checkout date before it rings. Nobody picks up and they hear a greeting in their own language — then the voicemail arrives transcribed, in the same thread as their WhatsApp.
Midnight questions
Questions get answered at 2am. You get your sleep back.
The AI answers in the guest’s own language, from your FAQ and their booking. You set how sure it has to be before it answers alone — and a complaint, a refund or anything touching safety never goes out on its own.

Every answer is already in their pocket before they ask.
One link that changes with the stay: parking and early check-in before arrival, the door code and today’s breakfast once they’re in, late checkout as they’re packing. Under your brand, on your own domain.

No overproduction. No waste. Guests get what they want — without having to ask.
Guests pick per person, per morning, from their phone the night before. The kitchen sees exactly who gets what, grouped by room and time — not a buffet-sized guess.
What there is to collect
Money stops being the last conversation of the stay.
City tax, the minibar, a deposit on a late booking — raise a payment link inside the conversation the guest is already in. It settles into your own Stripe or MyPos account.
Checkout
One less list. Nobody chases a stay that’s already closed.
Checkout arrives — or a guest just leaves without saying anything — and the record closes itself: door codes deleted, remaining cleans skipped, alerts resolved, next-stay tracking updated. Nothing is sent to the guest; it’s an operational close, not a message.
See in Features →Guest Profiles & HistoryThe cleaning schedule
You stop rebuilding the list every time a booking moves.
A booking made three weeks out already has its clean scheduled — deduplicated, prioritised, assigned by your own rules if you want it to be. Cancel it and the clean disappears again before anyone wastes a trip.
The day
You stop filtering a grid. You just ask.
Arriving, in-house, departing, tomorrow — one screen, with the awkward details already badged: over capacity, dietary, pet, VIP, same-day turnaround. Ask it in plain language from your phone.
And when something fails
Nothing waits for someone to notice it.
A message that doesn’t deliver, a door code that doesn’t create, a payment that fails, a guest you can’t reach — nothing fails silently. It becomes a task in front of a person, escalating until someone picks it up, and clearing itself the moment it’s handled.
Every one of these has a page of its own.
