What's included in the base price?↓
The full platform: guest messaging (WhatsApp, SMS, email, voice), Smart Phone Exchange, guest portal with digital check-in, breakfast ordering & upselling, basic task management, payment links (zero commission), multi-language support, and unlimited team members. 50 messages and 30 voice minutes per room included. Smart language detection is included; AI Pro, Housekeeping Pro, Smart Locks, and Custom Domain are optional add-ons.
Are there any setup fees?↓
No. Self-onboarding is free. Optional hands-on onboarding is available — free during launch phase.
How does messaging pricing work?↓
50 messages and 30 voice minutes per room, per month. More than enough for most properties. Additional messages cost €0.20 each, voice minutes €0.05 each.
Do you take commission on payments?↓
Never. Lobbiq takes zero commission on any payment. You connect your own Stripe or myPOS account and pay only standard processing fees directly to them.
Can I cancel anytime?↓
Yes. Annual billing is the standard rate — cancel with 30-day notice. Monthly billing is available at a 20% surcharge, with no long-term contract.
Do I need to replace my PMS?↓
No. Lobbiq works alongside your existing PMS. Your PMS handles bookings. Lobbiq manages everything from check-in to checkout — for your team and your guests.
How do smart locks work with Lobbiq?↓
Smart Locks are an optional add-on at €5/lock/month. Depending on your lock brand and model, Lobbiq can generate door codes, enable remote lock/unlock, and monitor battery and door status.¹ You only pay for the locks you connect — whether that’s every room, just the entrance, or a mix. Don’t have smart locks yet? We work with trusted partners to help you choose the right setup.
Is BTW (VAT) included in the prices shown?↓
Prices shown are exclusive of 21% BTW by default. Use the BTW toggle above the price to see inclusive amounts. All invoices show both.
What are the volume discounts?↓
Volume discounts are tiered: rooms 1–19 at €15/room, rooms 20–29 at €13/room, rooms 30–39 at €12/room, rooms 40–50 at €11/room. Each tier applies to the rooms within that bracket. Discounts are applied automatically.
